Throughout Scripture, it is clear that God’s people are called to love our neighbors, and specifically to care about the poor and oppressed. New York City pastor Tim Keller comments that “A deep social conscience, and a life poured out in service to others, especially the poor, is the inevitable sign of real faith.” The people of Trinity actively and sacrificially love Asheville and Buncombe County in a number of ways.
